The BTF3050TE is automotive qualified and is optimized for 12V automotive and industrial applications. Two loads can be controlled using \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eArduino UNO\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e. IC has a thermal-restart function.
